A careful cleaning process for your solar investment
Solar panels sit exposed to wind, dust, pollen, birds and weather every day. When visible buildup accumulates, professional cleaning can restore a cleaner panel surface without relying on abrasive tools.
SolHaus Care Co. uses purified deionized water and a specialized soft water-fed brush for routine solar panel cleaning across the Tri-Cities. We assess access and visible conditions before starting work.
What the service includes
- Basic visual check of the accessible panel surface and surrounding work area
- Gentle agitation of routine surface buildup
- Purified-water final rinse
- Before-and-after photos upon request
- Clear communication if we notice an obvious condition that should be reviewed by a qualified solar professional
Why purified water?
Tap water contains dissolved minerals that can leave spots as water dries. Deionized water removes most of those dissolved solids before the water reaches the panel, helping produce a cleaner final rinse.
How often should panels be cleaned?
There is no universal schedule. Dust exposure, nearby agriculture, birds, trees, wildfire smoke and roof angle can all affect how quickly panels show buildup. Many homeowners inspect their panels seasonally and schedule service when buildup is visible.
